The new site of Chemistry, Geology and Life Sciences at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Unimore) is developed on a net surface of 12 thousands m2 and can host a considerable number of people, rooms, laboratories and studying areas.
You can access to the building by the high square at the first floor. On the underground floor there are an open space for 90 students, as well as the specialised rooms for Earth sciences, warehouses and locker rooms. On the first floor you can find the front-office, the administration, some studios of the Chemistry Department and part of the didactic laboratories. On the second floor there are the Life sciences studios, the left studios for Chemistry and small areas des for designed positions (6-8 seats each) for postgraduate students and doctorands. On the third floor there are research laboratories for Life Sciences and Chemistry. The technical plan completes the structure.
