The theatre house is in the city centre of Sondrio, in a dense urban area that is highly interested by under services of public webs. In this contest, the starting of a building site has required a careful analysis and planning in the developing the project. Therefore, a specific regard was given to the analysis and valuation of the risks coming from activities done in the surrounding area and those connected to the coordination of multiple operators present.
